    Returns

    Eligibility

    • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    • Products must be in the original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Return Process

    • Contact Us: Email us at lotusdesignsx@gmail.com with the suject line "returns request" to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

    • Return Authorisation: We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if your return is approved.

    • Shipping: Pack the product securely and include the original receipt. Write the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Refunds

    Approval

    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

    • Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: Refund processing times can vary. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at lotusdesignsx@gmail.com.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
